1/2017         Replace both dump valve air cylinders

5/2017         Replace main engine camshaft cover and rear seal

2/2017         Complete bus bays refit, gas shocks, diamond plate, updates

12/2017      Repair entry door handle install anti-lock-out T-handles

3/2018         Removed electrical snap block fittings from overhead front harnesses and drivers side control buttons then direct wired replacement spade connectors to stop loose ground wire issues

4/2018         Rebuild oil/liquid cooled alternator, replaced rear oil sending unit and liquid gauge Replace expansion valve Driver A/C, flush, system, recharge

11/2018    Repair replace sway bar end link bushings, RF Caliper, front brake, rotors, main front brake air lines

1/2019       Replace all running lights with LED lamps and new housings

2/2019       Repair/replace fuel tank seal at float valve monitor       

3/2019       Replace Air Dryer rear canister new lines. Replace Spring brake tag canister. Replaced air line level regulators switch front access compartment

2/2021       Replace entire driver A/C compressor and re-flush system because of failed compressor and leak

9/2021       Replace main engine accessory pully

10/2019    Install tool chest and cradle in gas tank access bay, removed T/V and antiquated audio

11/2019    Install new Winegard mobile satellite in-motion antenna Dish or Direct compliant

10/2021    Replace both on board water pumps with upgraded more robust motors, installed re-fitted LED headlight conversion both sides and front fog lights

11/2021    Install bearings in both main engine belt tensioners

12/2021    Replace liquid cooled alternator front seal, replaced again in 12/24

6/2022       New remote Bus Bay Air Compressor increased PSI to be able to fill bus tires

8/2022       Repaird/replaced loose ground lead to driver A/C, no leaks only failed wire. Installed releace valves on main and auxiliary air tanks to purge tank with pull cable. Replaced new bus fuel float valve

9/2022       Replace Allison Transmission Control Module and driver control pad. New TCM programmed to bus computer. Replace Tag Axle hub bearings, wheel seals, and all new wheel hub oilers. Service drive shaft install new U-joint/couplers.

3/2023       Replace entry door handle with XL2 upgraded mechanism

12/2024    Replace front rotors, new brakes and serviceing, R&R complete air system check for leaks and adjust all brakes

2/2025       Replace engine brake solenoids, check wiring, replace relay, complete system service all woring as originally designed

Chassis, Tire, Batteries

9/2018       Replaced all 8 tires (Yokohama Speed Rated), Replace all 8 shocks, full alignment

5/2016       Replace all 4 house batteries

7/2019       Replace all 4 chassis batteries

8/2022       Replace all 8 air bags, complete brake inspection

9/2022       Replace all 4 chassis batteries, bus was left unplugged without charger while being repaired for TCM work

Interior Repairs and Upgrade

2018             Circuit board wire updates, Replace smart TV in bedroom

2019/21      Complete interior redesign and refit (Walls,Floors, Ceilings, lighting, Seating)

2/2020       Install queen bed power remote adjustable foot/headboard bed frame

3/2020       Install new recliner couches, install seat belts for 4 persons. New designer table chairs

4/2020       Install Yamaha/Klipsch flush surround system. Install all new drawer pulls throughout. New floor kick heater in bathroom. New hardwood flooring. Replace all faucets with modular updates 

5-9/2020   Redesigned bathroom, shower/sink fixtures, installed access panel for shower plumbing access, new high gloss ceramic shower and floor. New shower drain and plumbing refit to grey tank. Redesigned and refit drivers cockpit area, tiled floor to stepwell.

2/2021       Replace all coach house breakers

12/2021    HD In-Dash Radio (Full Kicker Sub system), replace living room smart TV

8/2022       Replace drivers side window, install new dash panel and upgrade radio stereo system with subwoofer.

3/2024   Replace all interior roof/cabinet  lights with LED lamps
